This work explores the limits of photographic meaning through ambiguity and through the role of the title within the artwork. The photograph resists established interpretive conventions, while the title functions as a linguistic structure that neither confirms nor denies meaning. In this way, the work aligns with structuralist and postmodern theories, which understand meaning as relational, unstable, and contingent on the viewer’s engagement rather than on the work’s own narration.
