Art Description
The image transforms a local landscape into a universal metaphor. Rather than documenting, the work examines what makes such destruction appear reasonable. It asks whether a society that can bury its rivers can still recognize what is good. The absence of water becomes a portrait of a civilization that replaces living ecosystems with infrastructure, and at the same time speaks with the language of progress.
